MARKETING AND SALES STRATEGY

I will develop a strategy
that shows you where and how to win customers

I will analyze your company and the needs of its customers.

I will help you decide which customers and activities are worth focusing on to develop sales. I will check what limits your results and where your company has the greatest chance for growth.

You will receive a strategy with an implementation plan that takes into account the budget and team capabilities. You will know what to spend your money on, which ideas to put aside and where to start.

Strategy brings together goals, analysis, market, customers, competition, offering, marketing, sales, budget and action plan to drive growth.

I will help you when

Sales depend mainly on referrals and your commitment

You have customers, but it is difficult to predict the next orders. You need to select your audience and develop a way to reach them regularly.

Marketing eats up your budget and you still don't know what works

The company runs campaigns and publishes content. More ideas appear, but it is difficult to decide what to invest in. You want to tie these activities to sales results.

You have several directions of development and you need to choose

A new product, another market or expansion of the current offer. Every idea requires money and attention. You need to evaluate options before you engage a team.

You want to expand your business, but the current way of working limits you

Most decisions come back to you. The team is busy with ongoing work, and important changes are still waiting. You need to set priorities and prepare your company to implement them.

Scope of the strategy

What you receive

You receive a structured document that you can refer back to when making decisions and planning your work.

At the beginning there are the most important arrangements and priorities. Next, you will find the justification for the recommendation and a detailed action plan. Research results and supporting materials allow you to check where individual decisions come from.

  1. Development direction and priorities

We will assess the potential of the considered directions in relation to the business goal and available resources. I will indicate what is worth taking care of first and which activities should be postponed. For ideas that require testing, I will develop a way to test their assumptions.

  2. Selecting customers and identifying their needs

I will determine which customer groups are worth focusing on. I will check what influences their purchasing decisions and what alternatives they compare your offer with. I will translate the conclusions from the data and agreed research into sales arguments and methods of reaching out.

  3. Assumptions

I will develop a value proposition and positioning, which will allow me to justify the choice of the company against the competition. We will also look at the product or service scope and pricing logic. I will develop communication rules that will be used by people responsible for marketing and sales.

  4. Customer acquisition plan

I will select reach channels and determine their role in sales. I will describe how to lead a customer from the first contact with the company to the purchase. The plan will show what activities to launch and how to combine the work of marketing with the work of salespeople.

  5. Implementation sequence and metrics

I will translate recommendations into tasks arranged in order of completion. Together we will establish responsibility and schedule, taking into account the team's workload. I will select indicators that will help assess the effects and decide what to develop and what to change.

  6. Materials to use at work

To the agreed extent, I will prepare materials to be used in the implementation. In B2B sales, these may include messages and conversation scripts. For a new offer: website structure and texts. We will select the materials the team needs to complete the plan.

My take

Why work
with me?

I know the world of marketing inside and out

As a long-time CEO of a marketing agency, I know all the elements of modern marketing, but also the realities of the industry. I know how to choose good contractors, what is a false promise and what is an action that brings results.

I understand the consequences of the decision

I have been running my own companies since 2015. I am responsible for decisions that later need to be financed and implemented. I know how easily a good idea can get lost in everyday work. Therefore, when developing a strategy, I check what its implementation will require from you and the team.

I combine strategy with executive experience

I worked on creating brands and websites. I have experience in campaigns, video production and B2B sales. Thanks to this, I can translate the strategic direction into requirements for contractors and assess how individual activities will influence each other.

I have an outsider's perspective

I am independent of the personnel arrangements in your team. I look at the company from the side and see things that are invisible to internal employees. Thanks to this, you get an honest diagnosis and an objective audit, without politics, without compromises, only with the company's growth in mind.

I check assumptions before I base recommendations on them

I use data and conversations with people who know the company and its customers. I show what my proposals are based on. When the information needed to make a decision is missing, I determine what is worth investigating or testing.

I can help you implement it

I know the strategy and the justification for the decisions made, so I can also support the team during implementation. I help divide tasks and coordinate contractors. When restrictions or new information arise, we work together to determine how to adapt the plan.

How we work together

  1. Recognizing the situation

We talk about the company's purpose and current way of operating. I'm checking what information is available. I present the scope of the project with a quote and schedule.

  2. Analysis and research

I look at the company and its environment. I talk to the team and conduct agreed customer research. I check the assumptions on which the recommendations are to be based.

  3. Developing a strategy

I prepare a course of action and justify the proposed choices. We discuss their consequences for the company. I refine the plan so that it takes into account real possibilities of implementation.

  4. Preparation for implementation

I discuss the document with you and the people responsible for implementation. I explain recommendations and help you set your first tasks. The team knows where to start and how to check progress.

Need further support? We can continue to cooperate during implementation. The scope of my involvement and remuneration for this stage are determined separately.

I cover every stage of the funnel

Where do your potential customers look for information and how can you get them to know your company?

Developing a strategy takes 1-3 months. The schedule depends on the scope of research and the availability of information and people involved in the project. We set the dates before we start cooperation.

What commitment do you need from me?

I need conversations about the company and access to information about its operations. Together we will discuss recommendations and make key decisions. First, we will determine who from the team is worth engaging and how much time will be needed.

I already have a marketing department or agency. Can we work together?

Yes. I use the knowledge of people who know the company and its activities. We discuss the strategy with people responsible for implementation so that they can translate the findings into their work.

What if I already have a strategy?

I will check which arrangements remain useful and what makes their implementation difficult. We can update a selected area or focus on implementation.

Can I start with a smaller project?

Yes. We can start with a consultation or analysis of a specific problem. During the first conversation, I will help you assess what scope of work will be useful.

Is implementation included in the price of the strategy?

The price includes preparing an implementation plan and discussing it with the team. We price further implementation support and contractor coordination separately.
