3 pillars of every success

3 pillars of every success

It doesn't matter what you do and on what scale - every success is based on the same three pillars.

Important: if any of them is lying down, you are lying down too.

Fortunately, thinking in these categories helps you quickly find the problem and solve it.

Who is it important for?

For everyone.

I work with companies that have hundreds of thousands of revenues, that have tens of millions in revenues. And what's interesting is that in each of them, usually one of these elements is failing and is a block to further development.

It often happens that both the team and the founders and the management board are so in love with one of these elements and so focused on it that they do not see the others.

Therefore, no matter how big your business is, always remember - these three elements must go equally.

What are the three main pillars of success?

1. Sales

You have a great product and a good team, but no one knows about you?

Lack of effective sales is the most common reason why companies stand still. Without it, even the best product has no chance of being successful.

2. Product

You can have smart management and strong sales, but if the product doesn't deliver, customers will buy once and disappear.

The product is the foundation. It must solve a real problem, be refined and respond to market needs.

3. Management

Great sales and a brilliant product are not enough if you can't manage them well.

Without process and order, money slips away, your team gets tired, and your business turns into chaos.

Quick diagnosis

  • No new customers = 👎 Sales + 👍 Product + 👍 Management

  • Buyers don't come back = 👍 Sales + 👎 Product + 👍 Management

  • Chaos and money leaking = 👍 Sales + 👍 Product + 👎 Management

There are detailed and complicated solutions for each of these elements. But if you can't notice problems in general, in the big picture - you won't even reach for them.

To summarize:

Remember this simple triad: sales, product, management. If you're strong in all three, great. And if not, maybe it's time to think about a partner, advisor or external support. Everything else – strategy, campaigns, processes – are just a consequence of these three things.

When you take care of them evenly, the company grows steadily and you know exactly why.

What I wish for both you and myself.
